Laura Eaton

Laura Eaton is Chief Operating Officer at Fathom.

She is responsible for coordinating all work undertaken by the team of economists and data scientists, as well as for winning and leading major consultancy projects with clients in financial services, industry and government.

Laura has managed the construction of multiple of Fathom’s tools used to assess China in a global context and its domestic outlook. These include Fathom’s Capital Flows Tracker, RiCArdo dataset and our China Momentum Indicator (CMI).

Prior to joining Fathom in 2013, Laura achieved a first-class degree in Economics from the University of Surrey and worked for Fathom on a placement year.
